You must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license and full coverage insurance to rent any vehicle from Basemo Exotics.
Renters are required to carry full coverage insurance including comprehensive and collision. Proof of insurance is required before pickup, and the renter is responsible for the full deductible in the event of damage.
Security deposits range from $1,500 to $5,000 depending on the vehicle. The deposit is collected via Zelle or cash at or before delivery and is released 24-48 hours after the vehicle is returned.
Yes. We deliver anywhere in Orange County or Los Angeles · your home, hotel or the airport. Delivery fees vary by location and vehicle.
Daily mileage allowances range from 100 to 120 miles per day depending on the vehicle. Additional miles are billed between $3 and $7 per mile based on the car.
Yes, same-day rentals are often available. Last-minute bookings are best handled by calling or texting us directly so we can confirm availability and arrange delivery quickly.
A 30% deposit reserves your dates and the balance is due at delivery. Cancellations made 72+ hours in advance receive a full refund. Cancellations within 72 hours forfeit the reservation deposit.
We accept Zelle and cash for the rental payment. The security deposit is typically collected via Zelle or cash at delivery.
Vehicles may not leave the state of California without prior written approval. Contact us before booking if you need to travel outside the state.
All drivers must be present at pickup and listed on the rental agreement. Each additional driver must meet the same age, license, insurance and driving record requirements.

Driver requirements
- Minimum age of 18 with a valid driver's license.
- Valid, unexpired driver's license (US or international with passport).
- Clean driving record · no DUIs or major violations within the last 3 years.
- Security deposit collected via Zelle or cash at or before delivery.
- All drivers must be present and named on the rental agreement.
Insurance
- Renters must carry full coverage insurance including comprehensive and collision.
- Proof of insurance is required before pickup.
- Renters without qualifying coverage may purchase a third-party policy through us.
- The renter is responsible for the full deductible in the event of damage.
Security deposits
- Deposits range from $1,500 to $5,000 depending on the vehicle.
- Deposits are collected via any accepted payment method at or before delivery.
- Deposits are held 24-48 hours after the rental while the vehicle is inspected.
- Tolls, tickets, fuel, cleaning and damage are deducted from the deposit.
Mileage & fuel
- Daily mileage allowances range from 100 to 120 miles per day by vehicle.
- Additional miles are billed at $3 to $7 per mile depending on the car rented.
- Vehicles are delivered with the fuel paid for and must be returned with the same amount.
- Premium fuel only · refueling with the wrong grade results in a service charge.
Vehicle use policy
- No racing, track use, off-roading, towing or commercial rideshare.
- No smoking in any vehicle · cleaning fee applies.
- No pets in exotic vehicles without prior written approval.
- Vehicles may not leave the state of California without written approval.
- All vehicles are GPS monitored for security purposes.
